These Terms govern your use of WatchArchive, a service operated by TechMobile.co.il. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement where you live. If you are a minor, you may use WatchArchive only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Your account
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and verification codes, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, automate abusive requests, infringe rights, or use WatchArchive for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
Third-party services and content
WatchArchive relies on external providers including TMDB and, when you enable it, Simkl. Their availability, data, images, terms, and privacy practices are outside our control. Connecting Simkl authorizes the supported data exchange you request.
Service availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep your own backup of information you cannot afford to lose.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, threaten security, abuse the service, or must be restricted to comply with law. You may contact support if you believe a restriction was made in error.
Account deletion
You may permanently delete an eligible account through your profile. Local account and viewing data cannot be restored after deletion. Remote data held by Simkl or other providers is governed by those providers and is not deleted by WatchArchive.
No warranties
To the extent permitted by law, WatchArchive is provided as is and as available. Catalog data may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or removed, and must not be relied on for critical decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, TechMobile.co.il is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-data damages arising from use of or inability to use WatchArchive. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the service, providers, or law changes. We will update the date above, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without limiting any mandatory protections that apply in your country. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Israel unless applicable law requires otherwise.
